Is financing available?
We may finance up to $17,500 of the initial franchise fee. A well-capitalized business is much more likely to succeed, and our financing option may allow for additional investment in the business in the early stages of its development.
Can you tell me about the training program?
Caring Senior Service provides initial training for up to 2 people. Training takes up to one week with additional time if needed. Training covers everything from marketing to high impact referral sources, recruitment and retention of Gold Level caregivers, and how to implement our GreatCareTM method.
How do you help me get started?
Our QuickStart program will help you get your business started in as little as 30 days. QuickStart is designed to take the guesswork out of the unknown and guides you through every step as you establish your business. We assist with office space selection and negotiation, provide a complete list of the equipment and furniture we’ll purchase for your office, assist in your prepatory market research, and initiate recruitment of key staff.
We help you acquire permits and licenses when needed, set up your new business entity, and can arrange for legal and accounting consultations. With our turnkey option – we do all these steps for you.
Do you assist me AFTER my Caring Senior Service office opens?
Yes. We provide you with a dedicated Franchise Business Consultant to answer questions and provide guidance to make sure your operation is running smoothly and productively. During your consultant’s on-site visits, comprehensive business analysis and strategic planning is conducted.
Unlike other franchise companies, we provide you with office administrative support as well as all-inclusive operating software that allows you to conduct business anywhere there is an internet connection. We calculate your payroll, cut your checks, and prepare your payroll tax forms – all for no added fee! We also process background checks on your employees.
To help market your business, we provide you with a local website, professionally designed materials, and ongoing sales training. You will also be able to participate in annual peer retreats where we share industry information and best practices as well as training on new service offerings.
Do I receive a protected territory where my office is located?
Yes. All Caring Senior Service locations are granted an exclusive territory where no other Caring location will operate. Your designated exclusive territory will consist of at least 20,000 seniors over the age of 65.
